I thought a Realtor was mainly to get the house ready for sale and to get the house sold. For Robbi-Lyn that was just the opening steps that she was willing to take to make sure the house closed. She constantly went the extra mile to make sure all aspects of the sale went as smoothly as possible in a somewhat unique situation. In the end, I'm not sure the house closes on time (if at all) without her hard work and ability to navigate the process for everyone involved. We purchased our first home with Robbi-lyn, we ended up in a beautiful home and Robbi-lyn's expertise and knowledge were instrumental in making it happen. She was always very easy to get ahold of, and communication is vital, especially when going through the short-sale process. Her ability to work with our lenders, closing agents, and the sellers agents were amazing. If she is still in the business when we buy/sell again we will be looking her up!

Robbi-Lyn worked tirelessly to find me a home which I bought in May. The house is exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier . She was patient and flexible with her schedule she even drove out to meet me in two snow storms. She has a great eye for details and she does her homework prior to showing a property.
