I cannot recommend Robin enough if you are looking for a broker for buying a home in the Keene area. I called Robin just a couple days before arriving in Keene and she scheduled numerous showings and helped us go under contract within a week. She has a tremendous knowledge of the area, is highly solutions-oriented, and is an excellent communicator! She was a strong advocate for us throughout the contract period and was instrumental in getting everything done, particularly given our situation with going through the due diligence and completing the purchase remotely. For example, she scheduled and met with several contractors and conducted walk throughs prior to closing, keeping us well informed of everything. She quickly understood our needs and goals and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. You will be very happy with your choice if you work with Robin.

Back in 2017 Robin Smith in 5 days sold a house for my husband and I. So now that it was time for my brother, father and myself to sell Dad’s house we called Robin again. She met with us, listened to our wishes and she provided her recommendations. A few weeks later the house went on the market with multiple showings the next day resulting in multiple offers that same day. During the process she kept me fully informed and looked out for our best interests. Since this was a house Dad had built and lived in for the past 60+ years, now living with my brother and sister-in-law he agreed it was time to sell the house, which was a very emotional time for him. Robin understood this and was sympathetic. It was a pleasure to deal with Robin.

Having bought 6 homes since 2020, I THOUGHT I’d seen it all——I was wrong. I’d also been referred to Robin repeatedly but always assumed (erroneously) that the sheer volume of Robin Smith signs around town would suggest she probably didn’t have much time to focus on MY needs….. well, I guess the old adage “If you wanna get something done, ask a BUSY person” really is true! No realtor has been more focused with INCREDIBLE attention to detail and responsiveness than Robin! She returned EVERY call,,EVERY text as if I was her only client (I certainly am not!) I can’t begin to thank her enough for her diligence & professionalism———-Simply THE BEST, start to finish………and all those signs around the Monadnock region? She EARNED them…. EVERY SINGLE ONE!
