Ron went above and beyond to help us sell our family home. We chose him because he was honest with his own opinions, but also listened to ours. He is passionate about the history of the area, and knew quite a lot about the land/farm we were selling, which was invaluable. Ours was a large property, and many realtors would stand back and let the buyers explore on their own. But he was out there walking the property in the woods right along with them, rain or shine. As an estate, he was working with a group of four of us at times, and I know we were often difficult. He showed great patience and understanding, and helped us navigate some difficult decisions in a way that satisfied all of us. Ron did a great job and I will definitely return to him should we need to buy/sell a home in the future. Thanks for working tirelessly to sell our family home!

Our broker had a fiduciary responsibility to understand and protect our interests and failed to do so by not calling something to our attention that he knew full well we were opposed to.

Ron Gamage is terrific!! I met Ron in February 2024 during my first trip to the midcoast area from Pennsylvania. At that time, we chatted in his office (about everything but real estate!) for about 2-hours. And even though I had already received referrals for 5 other realtors in the area, I knew during that first meeting that Ron would be my realtor. Ron is a consummate professional and an all-around good human; he is genuine, kind, extremely hardworking, and most of all, he proved always to have my best interest in mind and heart - even after the sale! It took eight months, almost daily communication, and very many property showings, to find the home of my dreams, but Ron's diligence, attention to my needs, and courtesy never wavered. At the end of November, I closed on my property in Belfast, and I am absolutely thrilled to be here! Thank you, Ron, for all your hard work, your patience, and for not losing your sense of humor through it all. I know I didn't make it easy on you!

Whenever I called Ron, beginning with my first inquiry, he has always been available. He supported me through a very difficult financing process, allowing me to vent and sometimes rant and rave. He encouraged the sellers to work with me and put up with multiple delays. Ron was also on top of everything that needed to be done, reminding me, as well as bankers and attorneys, every step of the way. I can't say enough about how great he was to work with, always punctual, professional, proficient, perfect!

To whom it may concern, Ronnie brokered my property and did an outstanding job for me.
