I met Roy and Martha this past fall while looking for a home in Kennebunkport. Upon entering the dwelling, my wife and I were greeted with friendly smiles and a sincere ‘Hello’ welcome.
They were very helpful answering my many many questions and if they did not know the answer, they got back to us very quickly with the information. We are not local to the area and they did not waste our time nor did they pressure us into anything which was refreshing. They are both extremely professional and polite.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Roy during the 5 months our house was being built. The house is in a new development and when we found it there was just a foundation. Myriad choices, upgrades and upgrade payment details needed to be managed and Roy was INVALUABLE being the liaison between the builder and developer. Even after the house closed Roy continues to stay on top of loose ends to ensure we are taken care of. We highly recommend Roy as he truly had our best interests at heart and offered steady guidance.
