Sally did an excellent job in finding my husband and I our forever home. She was always there to answer questions, look at homes on my time frame, and always had positive and uplifting words when a bid was put in and rejected. She was professional and kind. I will not use her again because I am not going through this process again, but if I did, she would be the first person I called. Thank you, Sally, you did an excellent job for us and we appreciated it.

We feel lucky to have met and worked with Sally Bilancia. Sally was friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile for us. We were moving from another state and at times it made things a little more difficult. That's where Sally came to our rescue. She was always willing and able to attend appointments that we couldn't make and represent our best interests. We would gladly call Sally again if we were buying or selling. We know that we would get excellent service with a friendly demeanor and the highest level of professionalism. We will be sure to recommend Sally to our friends and family if they are in need of a realtor.
She began working with us when the original broker was away. She was very capable in handling our needs and very accomodating to our family when it came to showings and completing paperwork. She was very helpful in giving us advice when it to making reasonable offers and negotiating with the sellers.
