Samantha Bartlett was awesome and did all she could to get the best dollar possible for the sale of this property. Due to the age of the trailer, it was difficult to find a buyer willing to pay cash, as the trailer could not be mortgaged or financed through the bank. Due to this, we had to accept a less amount of money for the property in such a short time. Samantha was there for me and really worked very hard. I felt very comfortable trusting her and just having someone local, who knows this area.

Honestly, we found Samantha listed at the bottom of the Better Homes Mobile App. I simply sent a text to her and she responded veery quickly and also made an appointment for the very next day! That impressed me. She drove 2+ hours on a weekend to show me the place. I will certainly use Samantha again. -she was a pleasure to deal with. Thank You.

Samantha showed us a house we had seen after we called the number on the sign. That stared a very enjoyable house hunting experience.
