Having Sandy as our realtor made all the difference in our home buying journey. As a first time home owner, and dealing with new construction, there were many times where her efficiency and communication helped to keep us on track. She diligently handled any and all concerns and questions, all while educating us through the process. Sandy's knowledge of the process from start to finish was evident not only through her interactions with us as clients, but also with those we were working with. During our initial walk through, the builder's agent (unprompted) commented on how great Sandy was to work with and that she was "one of the best" out of the many agents he's dealt with. She accompanied us to the closing where she was also complimented by the Relationship Manager regarding her insight and knowledgeability. Overall, Sandy was transparent, thorough, and never missed a beat. We are very grateful for her time and expertise!
