We recently bought a house in the Bedford with Scott and his team. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us as we worked through what we were looking for while trying to learn and get used to the area since we were coming from a different state. He took the time to help us fully understand the different towns and neighborhoods. He is very knowledgeable in the area and was able to find us the perfect house after working through our wants lists. He also handed him a few curveballs along the way with our real estate deal and he was able to work through them and still get us in the home we wanted. We really couldn't have asked for a better realtor through this process. Scott and his team made the buying process very smooth and efficient. I would very highly recommend Scott and his team for your real estate needs.

This is our second time using the Vaillancourt Team as our realtors and this time we got to experience both selling our house and purchasing a new one! We couldn’t be happier with our overall experience! From a buying perspective, they took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and when it came time to make an offer, they lead us with expertise with how to make a competitive offer in this challenging market. They take the time to thoroughly explain the process. Even with a waived inspection that had no bearing on the purchase, they spent time at the inspection to help answer questions and understand the house. Additionally from a selling perspective, they took the time to teach us how to properly prepare our house for selling, which allowed us to put our best foot forward. They promptly and efficiently answered our endless questions in this process, always making us feel each thought was always important. The Vaillancourt Team is the reason we’re now residing in our dream home, plain and simple.
