My experience with Sharon Dillon was wonderful Sharon was very professional paid attention to detail was always there helping me through the process as a first time seller it can be overwhelming, and at the same time she was Always Kind she didn’t mind answering questions more than once , sharon made me feel at ease more than once ! Sharon was the selling agent when we purchased our condo 5 years ago, and there was never any question that we would use her when we were ready to sell ourselves. Her knowledge of the local market and advice was invaluable and made the entire sales process a breeze. She provided excellent pre-sale staging advice. We were leaving for Europe for six weeks just as the condo was put on the market. She managed the sales process and documentation without our always being available or in the same time zone. She also ensured the property was kept fresh looking - even raking up the yard in our absence. The end result was a fast and a successful sale with multiple offers. We highly recommend her!
