Shaye was absolutely amazing during the entire process from start to finish. She immediately went to work for me on finding comps in the area and helping me negotiate a fair price for the home I purchased. I had a lot of questions throughout and Shaye was very patient and always responded right away. Even after closing Shaye continued her support by guiding me in areas where I needed help in a new town. We first met Shaye Lee in July of 2025 when we called to book a showing of the house we now can call our own. From the start she was professional and very personable, easy to work with and walked us through every step of the process. This was very important to us especially being out of state.

Shaye did an excellent job selling our home. Her attention to detail with our listing and photos was definitely a positive factor in getting our house sold. She excelled at finding ways to increase our home’s exposure to potential buyers, including showcasing our home to other agents with Better Homes and Gardens, as well as from other agencies. I believe this extra effort is what got our home sold quickly.

Shaye worked with us patiently during our home search journey as we navigated through figuring out what was right for our investment.
