Stacy Barnes was a pleasure to work with, her knowledge and experience was reassuring throughout the process and she was prompt and patient through a difficult closing. I am happy to refer her to friends and family who are in need of her expertise.

I would recommend Stacy Barnes to anyone! She was delightful, professional, and patience with my indecisiveness. It's been a long process--made frustrating--not by Stacy, not at all, but by the inaccurate and too glossy-perfect photographs allowed on the MLS. Perhaps someone could do something about that--it'd save both realtor and potential buyer a lot of time if the REAL home was shown in the MLS photos. But the main point is that Stacy Barnes is an absolute treasure and so appreciated by this buyer.

Stacy was very professional, knew all the ins and outs of the real-estate business. She was a calming and reassuring voice during the whole process, that had some snags that were out of our control. She would explain how things would go, and what to expect, and was 100% correct on 100% of the issues. I am assuming that you already know this about her, and that she is a very valuable member of your team. Thank you so much Stacy, I am truly happy with my home!
