Steve was extremely professional every step of the way and communicated everything going on in the transaction. We emailed, texted and spoke via phone several times throughout the ups and downs of the deal. When there were rough spots, he remained calm and rational and reassuring when I tended to become upset. He was solid and steady the entire way even at the end when the buyer's agent made a request the day before and day of closing. Steve notified me and told me not to worry, he would handle the situation. He did and the closing went off seamlessly. I live out of state and was absent for closing and his guidance regarding movers, the title company requesting a charitable donation truck and storage proved very helpful and appreciative. Steve took us through the buying process and explained every detail along the way when we purchased our home. Being fairly new the area, we looked at MANY houses as my wife and I had many different "must haves"! Steve was patient, thorough and ultimately made the deal go smoothly and that got us into a great house for a great price. Would definitely recommend him because of his skill and expertise.

This transaction was particularly challenging because the Realtor- Stephen Bousquet was also the homeowner and my spouse. He behaved professionally without letting emotions of being the owner cloud his ability to get the transaction closed even with a few bumps in the road.
