I would highly recommend Better Homes to list a property for sale. They were very efficient in making things happen, the layout and quality of photos of the property were great. Steve was very committed to us as clients and kept us informed every setp of the way; and gave some very beneficial advice during the selling process, which could only come from his years of experience and knowledged of the real estate industry. Steve was very easy to work with and his personality and passion for success shone through.

Working with Steve and Heath to sell our home was an amazing experience. The best marketing that we've ever seen. Professional photos, 3D virtual tour, floor-plans, posted on hundreds of real estate websites and more. All I can say is WOW!

When we decided to sell our condo, we chose Steve Brunette. When we purchased our property 3 years before, Steve had represented the sellers. When we decided to sell, we thought who better to sell it again! Little did we know how great it would be to work with Steve and his team. He made a wonderful video, made great use of social media and provided us with all the guidance we needed to prepare our home for a swift sale. While selling a home is a lot of work, Steve and his team made showings, etc. manageable. They kept us informed, provided us with feedback and guided us through any changes that might improve the opportunity for our home to sell. (All while dealing with anxious homeowners!!) We cannot recommend Steve and his team enough. He is one of a kind. He is a person of integrity and grace. We would not trust the monumental experience of buying and selling our homes to anyone else and neither should you!!!
We weren't looking for a home in Steve's back yard, but he did a great job familiarizing himself with the area and providing us with the insights and advise we needed. Steve was fantastic throughout the negotiation process, and clearly put a significant amount of effort into researching the property and leveraging aspects in our favor. Steve was cognizant of the fact that we were first time home buyers, and took every step necessary to ensure we were comfortable throughout the entire buying process. Would absolutely recommend!
The experience was amazing. Steve and Heath gave us insight into recent sales, defined our competition, and marketed our property in a manner that produced great results. Current trends have prospective buyers searching online media and reviewing photographs prior to visiting properties in person. The photographs taken of our property were amazing and the online marketing plan created quite a buzz with over 4,000 views in the first few days. Steve and Heath are extremely knowledgeable and the communication was fantastic.
