Steve is wonderful to work with. He drove us all over southern Vermont and New Hampshire prior to us purchasing our home. He kept in touch over the years when we had questions about vendor recommendations, market trends, and advice on how much he thought we should put into repairs to ensure we got our money back when it was time to sell. He has just sold this same home for us in only 4 days at nearly double the price we paid just 7 years ago. Absolutely recommend if you are looking to buy or sell in this area.

We Steve asked about what cosmetics that would present the property in the best way. We took his suggestions, and I believe these improvements we helpful in getting folks to look. Steve met us after hours to get us a signed offer.His experience helped us formulate a counter offer that got us the highest dollar possible with a challenging property in a poor location in a mediocre market. THIS WAS NOT A TYPICAL SALE. HAD SOME DIFFICULT TENANTS,DIIFICULT BUYER LIENS ON PROPERTY,THAT WOULD HAVE TURNED SOME BROKERS AWAY, BUT I FELT CONFIDENT IN STEVE'S PROFESSIONALISM, AND PERSISTANCE TO SEE IT THROUGH, AND HE DID!
