Susan was our realtor for the recent sale of our home. She provided a very detailed analysis prior to putting the home on the market and great feedback when we were preparing to put our home on the market. Within 3 days, we had 3 full price offers. Susan helped us through the evaluation of the offers so we could make a decision that worked for us. During the time up to the passing, she answered all our questions promptly (even when she would away on a long weekend break). The closing went seamlessly. When it was time to sell my mother's home, I contacted Sue Tillery, based on many referrals from folks in my town. Sue promptly inspected the house, we discussed the most likely type of buyer, and focused efforts to maximize the house in a short time frame. When the prospective buyer asked for expert inspections or repairs, Sue had ready knowledge of great companies who did the work quickly, well, and for a very reasonable price. Selling a parent's home is hard, but Sue Tillery didn't miss a step in making it as easy as possible. And it sold quickly.

First, we were looking for a different home in Concord. Then, we were looking for a condo in Concord. Then we decided we would move from Concord and sell our home. In all of this confusion Sue stood by our sides and helped us look, listened to our indecisiveness, and then sold our home for us with joy and professionalism. We became fast friends with Sue. We called upon her again when we decided to purchase a small lakefront home on a very tight budget. Once again, Sue worked hard to find the right home at the right price and she DID! We are ever so grateful and look forward to our ongoing friendship. Sue is AMAZING!

We first had Sue as a realtor eight years ago when we sold a home and purchased another one. I then contacted her to sell that home and purchase another home this past year. We contacted Susan back in 2008 as we were looking to move to Auburn. After sitting with us one afternoon, she knew exactly what we were looking for. After showing us several homes that we requested to see, she strongly encouraged us to look at another one. We were hesitant at first, but as soon as we walked in, we knew it was our forever home. She sold our house in Manchester within a week and made everything go smooth after that. Susan was always available when we reached out to her.
