Tom was very helpful in selling my condo. I lived over an hour away from it. He would check on the condo and even offered to break up the ice on the steps. It was a relief to have someone so willing to go above and beyond what a realtor normally does.

My name is Deborah Walker. I resided in Rollinsford until recently with my husband Tom. Tom passed away recently, leaving me alone in in a large home with my cat Lily. Although Lily was great company, I still felt lonely, so I decided to sell my home and move into an independent living residence. First, I had to sell my home. In walked Tom Colban from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. His kind and gentle manner helped me through the entire process! We sold my home in a week for the asking price, and them some! Thomas, was the seller agent, and I was the buyer, so his service to me was in service of his client only, and yet he was responsive and worked well with me as a non represented buyer. I would work with Thomas again.
