Fantastic, she was able to negotiate the seller to pay the majority of the mortgage closing costs and pay to update the roof as a part of the sale. Saved me a lot of money and I got a solid deal overall.

I've been looking for a home off and on for a couple years and in the midst of the tightest market I can remember. Tina was tremendously patient and persistent, accompanying me to more showings than I can count. Most just didn't work for me and others had multiple offers which put the homes out of my price range, but she stuck with me and when the right place finally came onto the market, she was able to arrange a showing within 24 hours and submitted an offer for me about 24 hours after that. The offer was accepted and Tina was there to help me through every step of the buying process. She remained positive, encouraging and very responsive to my questions and concerns. It's clear she enjoys being able to make people's home-buying dreams come true!
