I worked with one of your agents, Sandy Lerette several years ago to purchase a home in Nashua with my wife. I then worked with her for another sale that fell through at the last minute (NOT DUE TO SANDY). A year later I was ready to attempt to sell the property that fell through and learned that she was no longer working in my area. She recommended that I follow up with Todd Alperin. (Sandy was top notch so the bar had been set of who I wanted to work with). I called him to learn about his experience and see if I wanted to hire him as my agent. I was impressed by our initial conversation and we began our journey to sell this property. Todd did an excellent job marketing the property, getting it under contract and ultimately closing on it. His communication and follow through was exceptional. He was easy to work with and someone I trusted. The property closed yesterday and I am very happy that I was able to work with Todd. I highly recommend him.

Todd was fantastic and helped us sell our property in every way. First we had to decide whether to remodel and repair or sell as is or something in between. Todd went above and beyond by getting multiple quotes on different levels of rehab and recommended we sell as is. We were limping along with an aging boiler and a gas leak which Todd found and because I was out of the country the entire time from first discussion to closing, Todd took the initiative to make sure pipes didn’t freeze. The heat was on and visited the property frequently. Todd was super helpful in the negotiation with all sorts of hiccups that inevitably occur when the closing went off smoothly, remotely, on time and at the asking price! Thank you, Todd the results would not have been nearly as good without your help

Todd Alprin always goes beyond what needs to be done. He has compassion and understanding way beyond. todd is always there to lend a helping hand also. We have had Todd as our realtor for many years now and is a friend to the family also. We would never have anyone else as a realtor for us. He is the best!!!!

Todd Alperin is the absolute best. He came very highly recommended from my most trustworthy friend so I knew he would be excellent but he exceeded all expectations. The House Whisperer. The GOAT. ALWAYS available to answer any of my many questions. Explained every step of the process along the way. Met me at my house in Mass. when I was visiting from L.A. and explained the entire process from beginning to end. He was 100 percent accurate every step of the way.
