Wendy went above and beyond, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. We can't say enough about how professional and helpful she was. She explained everything so that we could understand it. We are very pleased that we decided to use her for the sale of our home.
Wendy was there every step of the process, she answered all my questions really made the whole home buying process a wonderful fun and exciting time. I felt like i was taken care of from begining to end of the process. Any time i had a document to sign or had to negotiate at all wendy went out of her way to meet with me and make sure everything was taken care of. I never hesitated to ask wendy any questions, i always felt like she was there for me anytime. When ever i called her she would answere or call me back within minutes. I really appreciated wendy working with me, i went through usda rural housing and i know other realtors dont like working with those programs due to strict guidelines and more paperwork but not once did she have any issues with the program. She did an amazing job helping me and my family find our dream home and we couldnt be happier. Overall if i ever need to buy another property i will be dealing with wendy griffith. Wendy was a listing agent at a house we looked at, we contacted her to see one of her houses and she was very prompt in setting up the appointment. She was so knowledgeable and kind that we asked her to be our realtor! The one we had been working with was not nearly as attentive, proactive and organized. Since Wendy is USAA certified we worked with Wendy when buying our house, and she was great! So we went right to her to sell our house, she she never missed a beat and even was helpful to the buyers and their realtor to help get the house sold!
