Erin McLaughlin Announced as New Sales Director in Concord NH Office

Erin McLaughlinErin McLaughlin has recently been appointed Regional Sales Director at the Better Homes and Gardens The Masiello Group Concord and Meredith offices, two of their 35 offices in Northern New England. The Masiello Group offers a full suite of real estate services and partners across Northern New England with over 1000 agents and support staff within the residential real estate division.

The Sales Director leads a team of agents and the Business Support Specialist towards new business and company growth, championing The Masiello Group culture of co-creation and mentoring new agents along the way.

"I am thrilled to be a part of such a great organization and am honored to take on this NH region," stated Erin. "My background in education and my passion for this industry will help propel the Concord team into 2023. This team is very involved with the local community, and we plan to continue delivering "quality" with our suite of real estate solutions."

Erin retired in 2017 from a 17-year career in education where she was a coach, consultant and teachers' trainer. After obtaining her real estate license and selling over $8M in her first year, Erin went on to lead and train real estate/brokerage teams, increasing their productivity and camaraderie, going further in her career to also coach brokers and agents at both regional and national levels.

Erin will work closely with Rita Riley, who has expanded her role as the Agent Success Manager, holding responsibilities as a brand ambassador and liaison to agents' success, working to build our community involvement more intimately. Many of the successes of these positions rely on the support given to agents at Better Homes and Gardens The Masiello Group. This support helps them navigate the expanse of marketing and real estate tools at their fingertips giving agents more time in the field.
