Bedford, NH – November 25, 2024 – In a decisive step towards accelerating market presence, Better Homes & Gardens The Masiello Group is excited to announce Britt Brown as the new Director of Market Development. Britt’s strategic insight and leadership promise to drive significant growth and optimize our lead conversion processes, enhancing agent productivity for sustained business success. 

Prior to joining The Masiello Group, Britt served as the Relocation Director at Portside Real Estate Group. There, she launched a highly successful company-generated leads program and significantly increased inbound leads, positioning the company as a leader in relocation best practices. 

In her new role, Britt will focus on driving increased conversion of both web and company-generated leads. She will collaborate with Regional Sales Leadership and the Business Development/Relocation team to train and coach agents, optimizing the lead conversion process. Her role will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to maximize the effectiveness of our lead pipeline and enhance sales productivity.

Britt holds a BA in Technical/Professional Writing from the University of Maine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her diverse professional background includes relationship management, business development, project management, and social media marketing. Her interpersonal and communication skills have consistently elevated her professional achievements. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Britt enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, attending boot camp classes, and exploring calligraphy.
