About the Helping Hand Award:

The Helping Hand Award is given to recognize a colleague who’s made a difference—whether it’s through mentorship, problem-solving, collaboration, or simply showing up when it counts. We want to give kudos to our team members for all their hard work! When we observe a fellow team member going above and beyond, we want to celebrate them, and this award gives us the perfect opportunity to do so.
