Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group (BHGRE-TMG) this week announced the appointment of Tom Heany as Regional Sales Director. In this role, Heany will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic support to agents and operations across the company’s offices in Hampton and Portsmouth, New Hampshire and Wells, Maine. 

Heany joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group from Keller Williams, bringing over four decades of extensive experience in real estate sales, brokerage management, coaching, and education. His career is distinguished by a proven track record of driving significant growth in agent count, sales production, and office profitability.

Throughout his career, Heany has managed multiple offices, serving as a Team Leader and Managing Broker where he successfully grew agent rosters and multiplied sales volume. As a certified instructor and master coach, he has a documented history of helping agents achieve and exceed their business goals, with many top producers crediting their success to his coaching.

He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a lifelong learner, having recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
