About the Helping Hand Award:

The Helping Hand Award is given to recognize a colleague who’s made a difference, whether it’s through mentorship, problem-solving, collaboration, or simply showing up when it counts. We want to give kudos to our team members for all their hard work! When we observe a fellow team member going above and beyond, we want to celebrate them, and this award gives us the perfect opportunity to do so.

This month, we’re proud to recognize five individuals who truly embody what it means to support others and make a meaningful impact across our offices.

 

Katie Paquin

Katie stepped up in a big way by supporting RealScout efforts and sharing helpful insights that made the process smoother for everyone involved. She was able to help others get up and running more efficiently, which made a noticeable difference. Katie’s willingness to jump in and make things easier for others reflects her strong team-first mindset.

Chelsey Diercksen

Chelsey has been a steady and reliable presence, especially when it comes to supporting office operations behind the scenes. From assisting with organizing awards over multiple days to handling the many details that keep everything running smoothly, her efforts don’t go unnoticed. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both her team and the offices she serves.

Courtney Libby

Courtney has made a lasting impression by creating a welcoming and supportive experience for our Cape Elizabeth agents. Through one-on-one time and hands-on guidance, she’s helped agents feel confident and comfortable as they get up and running. Her approachable nature and ability to make things feel seamless have had a meaningful impact on those she works with.

Amanda Blackwell + Kasey Levesque

Amanda and Kasey from Great East Title have shown incredible dedication through their support within the Bangor office. Whether it’s weekends, evenings, or whenever help is needed, they’ve consistently stepped in to support agents and keep things moving forward. Their commitment, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart.
